i finished the journal! i thought it had been a bit super duper plain before, so i decided to redesign it. i used paint, printed tissue paper, and adhesive and i’m quite content with how it turned out! (the text are one hundred words that are considered the most beautiful in the english language)

the creation of the tardis!

it was actually rather simple! i started with spraypaint two pieces of poster board (we had previously talked about four pieces, but functioning at a chilly outside halloween party while wearing a box would not have been very fun for kelly) and then i let them dry for a day or two. from there on it was just painting on the features of the tardis, for which i just used a few pictures from the interweb. for the signs i just printed them off due to not having much time. to make it into something kelly could actually wear, i fastned pieces of thick ribbon onto both pieces to make suspenders. for the light, i just crafted a paper version, for our trusty walmart just not carry tardis lights. after spraying a little bit of sparkle all over the place, it was complete!
